When you can do that, but then can also trust that your highest self is always guiding you towards what's best for you, regardless of what happens in your life, you're good.
The key to healing isn't reading self-help books, listening to gurus, etc.
It's walking, acting, and living in alignment with your highest self. But before you can do that, you have to forgive yourself for going against your nature and being, as well as your discernment and intuition.
It really feel like my life is getting back to where it was before all of this, but with more focus, peace, and alignment.
