Thinking of Actraiser, I would absolutely love a remake of Actraiser 2 with an added simulation mode like the original. It already has great music, visuals, and fun gameplay mechanics. I still finished and enjoyed that game, but could have been so much better.
Definitely one of my favorites! I still listen to its soundtrack to this day,

I'm pretty close to finishing Act 3 of Silksong. One thing that struck me at this point is just how amazing the boss battles are. In the original, I never had the urge to re-fight any bosses. However, in Silksong, beating a boss feels incredibly satisfying and makes me want to battle them again.
29 long years have passed since I founded the emulation archive, Zophar's Domain, on 11.9.96. To this very day, the site still stands as a testament to an era that never actually disappeared but continues to live in the hearts of retrogamers all over the word. Emulation Forever!

Finally finished Hollow Knight. Originally put it off a few years ago as the theme didn't click with me, but tried it again recently and loved it. Great gameplay, challenge, level design, and environments. Tons of little details and encounters that makes it feel extra special. Highly recommended!
