Truth is a light that, once seen, cannot be unseen. It belongs to no one, is not a state secret per se, and illuminates our perception both internally and externally. It is, as Terence McKenna called it, the secret that cannot be told. It is always there, and patiently awaits your discovery.
Unsolicited advice... Try to take a step back from absorption into any particular thing and see a bigger picture. Find some form of meditation that feels natural and decompress each day.
