The observation that "every accusation is a confession" seems relevant here.
Lesson learned: if ICE really wants to clear the streets it should announce a pro-ICE rally.
Not to mention what the US/Israel is doing to kids in Gaza. Which gas completely disappeared from mainstream news.
"Accepting uncomfortable facts" is Chomsky's line re: US imperialism and its history of race relations. This is Elon's use of the phrase to push race pseudo-science. Thinking that he's one upping Chomsky by repeating the phrase back to him in a different context.
We're about 6 weeks away from people listing "in the Epstein files" as a qualification on their LinkedIn profile.
Hunter S Thompson was distressed to learn, when Nixon's Enemies List was made public, that he wasn't on it.
Surely the governor of MN could order a halt to evictions right now, correct?
Seeing a lot of Dems executing the Rosie Ruiz strategy for running marathons. If you won't run the course maybe it's best to sit it out.
The same infrastructure that was used to track J6'ers could be used to track ICE agents, right?
You're gonna need a lot of new Democrats.
Probably not firing everyone, since she could do that via email from the head of HR. She's going to tell everyone to get with the new program and if they can't do that, she'll hire a replacement at half the cost. So, a malicious pep talk.
It's like their version of the Imperial Boomerang - the resistance techniques practiced against US invaders overseas are eventually adopted by US activists against the police state at home.
Schumer out of the Democratic leadership NOW

It looks like an audition for the next Sec. of Defense. Hope it works out for her.
Jake Tapper is already writing a book that he knew in 2024 Trump had dementia and how it was covered up. It will be published in 2028.
Nah, the people you mentioned are just replaceable dime-a-dozen parts. Remove Patel and some other clown gets slotted in. The competent evildoers like Stephen Miller are still in business.

As a former IU researcher, go Purdue!
Sara Whitmer โข โข โข 1h โข 8 I'm sure many of you have heard by now that earlier this week, IU k*lled the print edition of its student paper, the IDS. The issue that was supposed to print this week contained criticism of the Whitten regime and IUs further slide into scist control, and they couldn't allow that to happen during Homecoming, when all the rich alumni are in town. Enter Purdue! The Purdue student paper, The Exponent, owns its own presses. Yesterday, in an act of tremendous solidarity with their biggest rival school, they printed the forbidden issue of the IDS. They then drove it to Bloomington overnight and stocked all of the IDS boxes on campus, just in time for Homecoming. Solidarity is what makes us stronger, and solidarity will be what ultimately allows us to triumph, if we can ever truly get it together. I hope everyone has a fun, safe day if they're going out today, and I hope we can think about what acts of solidarity we can begin taking to really make this movement MOVE - beyond a permitted expression of upset into more active resistance. 75 12 comments
Purdue to the rescue of IU student newspaper, whose institution was attempting censorship. Details in alt!
The guy's already getting credit for making NYC a better place and he's not even elected yet.
The dude was just upset that antifa executive committee issued an RTO mandate. "Whose streets? Their streets!" just doesn't have the same zing.
