Just last night in a work session we noted we are 20 cents under the statutory max on taxing financial services while being at the max for professional services (well above other jx). A memo was requested updating our analysis on this as it was last done in 2015.

Yesterday, I joined my colleagues and the vital partners in this project for the groundbreaking at 5001 Eisenhower. A long empty office building (21 years), a once vaccination site, will be 377 all affordable homes with playgrounds and transit connectivity.
I also got to swing a sledgehammer.
Yes it’s at Del Pepper in Council Chambers. Believe the same wifi set up is there as was at City Hall. Register with an email and get online.
