(…) Il veille à ce qu'aucun déséquilibre durable et manifeste n'affecte l'expression des courants de pensées et d'opinion en particulier dans ses programmes d'information et les programmes qui y concourent, un tel déséquilibre pouvant s'apprécier au regard notamment : - de la variété des sujets ou thématiques traités sur son antenne ; - de la diversité d'intervenants présents dans ses programmes ; - de la pluralité de points de vue dans l'évocation des sujets abordés sur son antenne.
