First time painting sugar cookies with gel food coloring and vodka. Started with a royal icing coating. The acorn bottoms were brown royal icing, caps were painted. I’m no artist but this is a good result for me. #cookieparty

CSB may cede the site to law enforcement at first but its authority to investigate is not secondary to any other agency.

Different purposes, not either/or.
CSB regularly investigates same incidents as EPA, OSHA, etc. but does its own thing. ATF was there to make the scene safe and investigate potential criminal activity. CSB investigations not regulatory or compliance focused.
