Two little weekend builds. One #lego. One not. Got to say for a cheap couple of kits the lamp and books came together well. And the bulb in the lamp does work

It is used to separate bricks, there's a nice instruction page on the lego website. It's also quite useful for lining up stickers to put on bricks

That is so useful thank you. Its identified it as a Eurasian Sparrowhawk which given the number of Sparrows we attract isn't a surprise
