New version 4.5.0 is slowly rolling out 🎉

This is the Liquid Glass update with new "Stats" and "Smart Lists". These are more advanced features for GamingBuddy Unlimited.

Smart Lists give you powerful way to further organize games. Stats provide high level overview.

The stats could also show games finished multiple times, game that is the longest in your wishlist and similar.

"Tracking game sessions" would be live timer on your phone and once the game is finished you could see how much time it took and perhaps this could be tied to stats

Two features I am thinking about adding in the future:

1) Statistics - chart that show how many games you have by category, wishlist vs owned and other metrics

2) Tracking game sessions - log your actual play time

Is this worth adding? Any ideas, comments? :-)

With the latest update you can share your own "Gaming Report" that is automatically created based on recent games.

It also has many ways to customize it 👍

I don't want to rule anything out, however social features are quite difficult and come with lots of possible issues: handling account, data security, content moderation etc.

The main obstacle is also the number of active users.

Favorites screen with the new Up Next carousel that shows Mafia: The Old Country as soonest releasing game in 11 days. The bottom part is longer and uses colors from the cover to provide more space for the days left label without covering the game cover.

Finally had the time to do something about the "Up Next" carousel in favorites 😀

The previous version was one of the oldest UI "components" still in the app 😅

Custom filter view showing Finished tag selected alongside with rating of at least 4.5 stars and there is small label "7 games" above the Confirm button

Minor update so the custom filter UI shows how many games it will match 🙂

This will avoid the situation where you'd create filter, tap "Confirm" and it would show "No games"

It is great! I have lots of fun just smashing stuff and collecting gold

Custom filter screen showing newly added rating component. This is a toggle that enables this filter and component to select between 0 to 5 stars.

Smaller upcoming feature 😁

Custom Filter will be extended with the ability to select minimal rating. So if you often rate the games you finish, then, for example, you can easily find the best games you finished and can re-play them.

Another new feature I am working on 😀

"Recent activity" - this new section shows games from your collection for which you recently updated status. This makes it super simple to find game you are just playing or recently finished.

List of best games for PlayStation showing the average Open Critic score. First is Baldurs Gate 3 with score of 96, followed by Elden Ring with 95, then Astro Bot also with 95.

Another thing I am working on - Open Critic score directly in the list view.

This is currently for the "Best Games" lists and may seem a bit redundant but I plan to add sort options for the "Best by Platforms" lists so you can see the most recent games for example.
