NEW: Last year, Bluepoint Games pitched a Bloodborne remake. Sony didn't turn it down... but FromSoftware did.
Inside the tragic closure of Bluepoint, what they've been doing for the last five years, and why the studio was shut down: www.bloomberg.com/news/newslet...
this gif was originally made for e3 conferences but now it just represents the entire games industry as a whole

Massie: "Donald Trump told us that even though he had dinner with these people in NYC and West Palm Beach, that he would be transparent. But he's not. He's still in with the Epstein class. This is the Epstein administration."

My favorite photos from the Olympics are of this Italian figure skater Daniel Grassl. He looks absolutely insane in so many of them. It's great.
Okay so at this point three things are clear:
1) They are planning for Yakuza 9 to be Ichiban vs. the Daidojj, which is assembling a suicide squad of old Yakuza of which Kiryu was meant to be a cornerstone.
2) Absolutely no one cares about or for this plot point.
Right on, I appreciate it
Hi Jack, do you verify each of these donation links that you post? I've been doing regular Gaza donations but it's hard to tell which ones are legit. If you can vouch for these, that'll make it easier for me to know which ones to donate to.

pretty wild statement re: Republican Chris Madel drop from race for MN governor:
"Saying he cannot support the national GOP's 'stated retribution on citizens of our state, nor can I count myself a member of a party that would do so."
Almost like firmly planting their park in the timeline gap between two movies was a bad idea
your very existence is troubling, enraging, and distracting as hell for some of the shittiest people on earth so no, iβm afraid you may not kill yourself rn
We were so close. I will hate Embracer Group till the day I die for shutting down the reborn Free Radical
*posting on twitter* oh ho, Iβve made a wry observation. Better make sure a bunch of pedophiles see it
A reminder - before Trump, MAGA, Musk and Fox rewrote history - that this is what the entire country agreed had happened five years ago today:
A TV remote featured over the key art for Stranger Things. HEADLINE: Secret Stranger Things Finale Found By Pressing Up, Up, Down, Down, Tubi, Crackle, Mute, Netflix.
Stranger Things fans discovered a secret code you can enter on your remote to watch the hidden bonus finale Netflix was too afraid to air.

To a T is such a pure, joyful little game. I can't help feeling like its lack of widespread success is an indictment of a bitter and jaded gaming landscape.
It's so easy for indie games to get lost in the shuffle in a busy year - don't let these excellent niche titles pass you by! Here's 12 great indie games from 2025 we're pretty sure you didn't hear about.

Before that, four honorable mentions that are a bit too specific/just miss a clean recommendation, but have some cool stuff.
Anyone who supports this is an embarrassment. "Instead of typing it out they'll generate their idea"? Are you insane?
Call yourself whatever you want but you aren't creatives, that's for sure.
IT'S SO GOOD

We're super excited to be returning to the Bagpuss Universe for Yaffle Origins. As mega fans of the Oliver Postbox multiverse, we always dreamed of telling the story of Assistant Professor Yaffle getting his first pair of glasses or whatever. Join us on this barren sphere, in this living death.
"why have a good movie when you can have your previous understanding of a franchise repeated back to you"
Obsession with lore is a trap for suckers, matching the vibes, themes, and aesthetic of Star Wars are so much more important. TLJ owns.
Shame about the JJ films.
Finally became a Patreon backer for @backloggd.com! I've started using it a lot more in the last few weeks to review EVERY game I play so I can refer back to some notes for end of year discussions and more.
I play so many games and bounce off plenty. Its nice to know what I thought at the time.
