Great game

Today in the UK, the weather has been... unexpectedly nice

The sky is blue, there's no cold wind, and the sun's actually out instead of it only appearing for ~14 total days between May-August

...Is this a glitch? This feels incorrect, it's March

Also I still won't forget the time where my delivery gave me Zelda BOTW but not the actual Switch console itself for 3 more days ("locked away in a van" even when I paid for next-day redelivery) and I had to send a few emails asking for my money back

Utterly bizarre that this isn't an upgrade if you have the Switch 1 version.
It's free if you do, which is nice, and there's Mouse Mode now, but it downloads the game again as a separate app

Final Fantasy 13's art direction and scenery visuals are still pretty phenomenal even today, dang

I have a large 1080p monitor and I haven't noticed anything wrong with how XCX:DE-NS2E looks. And it's a smooth 60fps now too

I guess if I played on a big 4K screen up-close, sure, it'd look a bit squiggly, but...
It's preferable compared to things looking slightly blurry/pixelated

Just saw an ad that started out "your kids won't remember their best day of screen time" and while I of course broadly agree with the sentiment that you should do activities with your children, don't tell me i don't remember beating zelda a link to the past

Many mainline Sonic game reviews from 2006-2023 that feature "Sonic had a rough transition to 3D,"
and then the majority of the review talks about "slippery jolty controls" or compares it too strictly to the 90s classics as if the series can never branch out with cool experimental ideas

They certainly look fake, but there's a *tiny* chance that they might be real mockup/placeholder screenshots used for development, as part of a first-pass of the UI+logo

I highly doubt it, though

I tried some of the Virtual Boy games that got added to Nintendo Switch Online today
(albeit I used an old Cardboard VR thing made for phones, instead of an actual Switch one, so the image position was a bit janky)
