I am a cemetery with flowers growing. I am the fallen tree thats been covered in moss. I am the old cabin with spiders decorating with their web. I am the silence after a heavy rain fall . I am.

The world may be burning around me, but its moments I get to be with them that time stops for a bit and im able to be okay, even if its just a couple hours.

In all the shit news though, I got to drink with a friend today. And it was really fucking nice not being worried for once.

I hope my family in Mexico are safe. This shit is just the beginning.
