The adoption of the Constitution or amendments thereto, as well as the governance system, is a sovereign decision of the people of Kazakhstan. It is important that people are well informed, ideally through inclusive public consultations.

The #EuropeanUnion and its Member States admire the resilience of the Ukrainian people and stand united in support of a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, based on the #UN Charter and universal principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity.
With all this, it is #Ukraine and its people that continue to suffer the most. The ongoing aggression causes civilian casualties, breaks its energy infrastructure and ruins lives and livelihoods, including of children.
The invasion of #Ukraine by Russia four years ago affected the world, disrupted food security, energy markets, economic stability, the overall security and international world order.

The CAWEP team presented an assessment of water sector digitalization in Kazakhstan, reviewing the legal and policy framework, national and basin-level digital systems, institutional capacity, financing mechanisms, and best practices in irrigation automation.
