For pinkish color accents - to show his attachment to Akshan and the fact, that he adds his motives to his own look, because he doesn't feel complete on his own in contrast to the other guardian, who doesn't have Viego's colors.
Hairstyles are meant to pin point their "polar opposites" trope.
Viego has this "prince charming" theme going for him. Longer hair to contrast with his base model one. His gem resembles one of his og crown. For the fallen look I returned his black eye whites, as well as darkened the base colors similarly like Riot did for Rakan.
For fallen look I decided to contrast "warmth and fiery" with dark purple colors and left orange for accents. His earrings also were inspired by indian bangles, as well as braid decor. I plan to add more traditional elements to his outfit later on to show his cultural inspiration.

For Akshan, I wanted to give him a rebellious look, but with a certain Star Guardian charm. I looked up traditional indian color pallets I could use: red, yellow, gold, orange. After I added an orange hue to harmonise them.
