If you don’t know who Michael Brooks was, he was the most important podcaster/public intellectual between 2015 to his death in 2020. His ideas in that short time helped change the world for the better. You would be a better person if you checked his work out, too.
So where has Buttigieg admitted he changed from his time of McKinsey? Where has he said that bulldozing 1000 homes of people of color was wrong, or how he handled East Palestine disaster wrong? We don’t. However Platner talks about how Michael Brooks helped change his perspective and that’s great.
