If you can go for the cost, Milwaukee tools all the way but you gotta justify it. Don’t get it just because it can last longer, but get something that performs for the duration it applies to the use. Rigid matches the performance, and that’s excellent.
But hey, that’s my opinion.
Honestly? Rigid is pretty solid.
I go / hard / on my tools between work and home, they get abused. I’m on my third Milwaukee m12 drill because I use them until the motor bearings literally wear out and cut through the case.
If I wasn’t using them outside of home, Rigid would be my next choice.
Buy a battery, get a free tool? Hell yeah.
And it’s a Milwaukee 5.0 battery which still delivers the highest output IMO
