I've always been fascinated by Shimejis. Those desktop pets.

Had to do Strohl and Will of course.

These are just animations I did in Aseprite. Plus pouring in hours of getting my sprites how I like.

Still a lot of work towards a pair of Shimejis to go. But this has been a fun project.

Valentine's Day With Will and Strohl

Happy Valentine's Day! I wanted to put together an isometric pixel art piece with some animation. Featuring Will and Strohl of course.

Had a lot of fun editing my Will sprites. Now he can skate around on his sword.

Bonus points with Will terrorizing Strohl.

Switching from isometric and orthographic is a challenge but it's worth it.

Had fun making my own tilesets. Put together this little scene using those tiles.

Took wrappers of two chocolate bars and folded them into cranes. Not perfect due to using a rectangle instead of a square. But I think it turned out nicely.

Today's brunch (since I slept in today because I can.)

Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, swiss cheese, mashed red potatoes with skins, and spinach. Seasoned with rosemary, salt, and pepper.

In the bowl: mashed avocados, plain greek yogurt, cinnamon, and cumin.

Merry Christmas~ Threw together a quick Will and Strohl animation. Imagine them battling with a Christmas tree and a candy cane~

I took all the little pixels I made over the month and created a little scene. Making a room interior was fun. The Christmas tree is a bonus too. Had to include Will and Strohl of course.
