HOW TO GET YOUR OWN DAY THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS ... In college a friend told me that moving the clock forward one hour was easy to adjust to. So, he planned to move his clock forward one hour each day. In less than a month, he would have his own day that no one else in the world has. #DaylightSavings

As I get older, I misread things more and more, often with amusing results. I read this as INEVITABILE EATVM. Something to do with poisoning, perhaps?

I have responded to the claim that tiny dots in Catholicon Press books (1469-70) were made by the heads of micro-nails used to reattach stereotyped strips to wooden bases. The same dots appear in 17c English books, which no one has ever claimed were stereotyped.

Fred Biery is an honorable, decent man and a fine judge. He is doing more than his share of fighting to preserve freedom and rule of law. Thanks!

Judge Biery signed the order with a photo of Liam and two bible verses: The first is "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." The second is simply "Jesus wept."
Astonishing thing for a judge to do.

True. "Pliny the Elder wrote on the ostrich’s mythical ability to eat iron and glass, which earned the bird a reputation as an iron-eater, and symbolized strength through resistance and hardship." See blogs.ucl.ac.uk/researchers-.... Also penelope.uchicago.edu/pseudodoxia/...

Buy!? When we lived in DC, my wife called her grandmother for a recipe, which was in terms of a "handful" of flour, etc. and to use only Crisco. I made a few tortillas that might get a 3 out of 10 rating and had a half-life of about 3 minutes before they began to petrify. I'm sure you can do better.

Eat Art was a spin-off of his life-time project of "Snare Pictures" where he captured the remnants of meals by gluing the plates, utensils and left over food to the table top. dayoftheartist.com/2014/08/21/d...

Reminds me of Daniel Spoerri's "Eat Art", including mashed potato ice cream. At his "Palindromic Diner ... the appearance of the dishes suggested that the guests were starting their meal with coffee, but ... the espresso turned out to be soup" www.kettererkunst.com/dict/eat-art... (1/2)
