Can you tell (either via manual inspection or otherwise) what causes the differences in file sizes? Does running the SVG files through SVGO (e.g., via svgomg.net) result in comparable files sizes?

As someone that has frequented both in the past, how would you contrast and compare #PyConUS and #EuroPython?
As a European, attending #EuroPython is more straight-forward, but I want to know if there are any (significant) benefits to attending #PyConUS that would make it "worth it"! :)
