I got four new skulls this christmas that my brother and mom scavenged for me. Two groundhogs, and tiny pine marten, and a much coveted opossum skull!
I know I lost some teeth from the marten during cleaning - they were so small they got stuck under my fingernails!

Fair enough. The nice thing about fermentation is time does most of the work...but it does take a few weeks depending on how much cabbage you use.
Here me out: have you tried making it yourself? May be worth looking into. I can't go back to store-bought-pasteurized sauerkraut.
