3 yrs ago I landed in Detroit the day before I was scheduled to close on a (long gone) house. I didn't end up closing for much longer. I've truly been housing insecure/overpaying for transportation this entire time.

I'm so happy to say this getting fully funded should fix the latter problem.

I’m trying to do something similar! My kids (15 and 12) are in to the idea too and it feels like a small place to find some respite from the craziness all around us. It’s a slower and feels like something from a different time right now.
