I was in France last week. I didn’t feel “disliked.” People were curious about my views, but when they learned I hadn’t voted for/don’t support TFG, they were relieved. I had many good conversations.
I lived in France for 10 years and worked at the Sorbonne for 3. It’s our government they dislike.
