I can really identify with those first few panels. During my worst moments it was nice to put on a nice outfit, look in the mirror, and just go “Yeah at least I make this look good.”

That brings back some memories. The shareware version of DROD was one of the first games I had on my 486 back in the 90s.

Funnily enough, going for an alpha living dex isn’t what’s making things rough, lvl 2 alpha power is easy to make and gives good enough rates, and they spawn in groups so I can get multiple. No it’s just seeing a portal that has the damn things.

I can double check later, but I know Glimmora, Porygon, Mankey and Squawkabilly are on there. It’s for an alpha form living dex though so it probably works best if I just catch them myself though.

Just remembered that Miku can be anything, so I drew her as a Louie. Y'know, from Bomberman.

This makes me so happy

That's why teaching art values is important, AI could never make this happen.
