First garden Ratatouille of โ26 - Organic Garlic, shallots, Bay leaves, rosemary thyme from the garden New season local asparagus
Then organic herbs aubergine, fennel tomatoes peppers and mushrooms from our lovely Field Fayre health food shop in Ross on Wye

If you notice the horse scenes are in slow motion so they could be choreographed and made to look dramatic whilst remaining safe
