And re: Ukr media outlet: those funds would be listed in USAID yearly report (or whatever org/dept funded them) followed by a detailed report on how the funds were spent by each grantee that they are *required* to submit at the end of the grant period. You are clueless, stop embarrassing yourself.

Detailed information like this is released yearly by each org/dept and each program in fiscal reports. They are required to do this by law.
