This beautiful mural on someone's garage door in San Francisco was shared with me by a friend who saw it on her walk. She said it was a joy from her day and now it's one of my joys too! She suspects it is this family's beloved cat. It's beautiful.

the cat & I have been cohabiting for 13 years and we are still learning how to communicate. in the last few weeks we've worked out how I can know when she wants to play, & when she really wants a cuddle. we probably could have worked these out sooner but one of us is a bit slow & I think it's me
