It's Hegseth for sure but really this entire administration and most all of our government. Truly bizarre to see abject cowardice dress itself in the frippery of courage and strength. As it goes, there is no honor among thieves.
Justice thirsts for a reckoning.
I remember not bringing a pleasant tablecloth and looking at those who did like they were blessed of Athena.
A+ reply. I set up the pins and you knocked 'em down easy peasy.
Weird? Like what, it flirts with you?
We're so bad at supporting strong work. -_-
Will do. I'm thinking of going back and snapping up all of them
I stopped by my old comic store to pick up a board game today and saw in their 75% Off manga section like six copies of River's Edge. Which is an insane price for one of the Top 50 manga ever made AND a damned tragedy bc it obviously means the book didn't sell.
This is tremendous work. Any art school would be blessed to have her.
But yeah, it'd demolish a fountain
I've been using this Kuretake ink for a few years now and it's very sturdy on the page. Pretty bad news if you spill it at all.
Dip pens are so neat but I'm still looking for a nib that really sings to me.
This kicks ass
Picture of a single inked stand point in my index finger.
Have myself a single little tattoo dot when I got careless while cleaning my G nib. I didn't realize how sharp those suckers are.
Yeah, this is largely what drove me from comics stores around 2007. I was a weekly customer and then suddenly I never came back. Almost 20 years now since comics drove me away from any interest in monthly issues.
Very interesting that after however many years of reiteration, Amazon's engineers decided the perfect placement for the power button would be on the bottom, right where my pinkie rests when holding the device with one hand.
I turn off my books a lot.
Panel from Viz's Nausicaa revamp: "THE DORK ARMIES LACK FIGHTING SPIRIT, FEARING A DECISIVE BATTLE, THEY FLEE INTO THE INTERIOR. A TOTAL ROUT!"
Viz loves dorks.
Stupid kid can't even tell the difference between Breath Of The Wild and Tears Of The Kingdom.
My kindergartner has been infected. She saw the Monster Hunter Stories 3 trailer, laughed, and said in bored voice, "It's giving Breath Of The Wild."
writing a memoir called "The Is Silent"
Soon you won't reach for anything.
It's weird how people can't divorce the concept from the idea of culpability when it's a term literally tied to the expression of sorrow.
And it's like they temporarily almost get it when they can grok things like "I'm so sorry that tornado took your house."
Yeah, I rarely care about stuff like that but in this case I think it lends even more heart to the story!

Brand names are just weird and some sound good and some sound dumb and I have no idea how any of that works.
I was thinking the other day what a funny name Nakama Press is, how it's like Group Press or Category Press, but then, actually, Category Press sounds kind of cool. And then I thought about Criterion and how the company might as well have been called Stipulations or Specifications -- then I give up
Osamu Tezuka's beret. Nothin else.
The final 1/8 I just say there with my heart in my throat, barely able to breathe.
Holy cats you weren't kidding. I am gobsmacked. Devastating
