The past two years we've seen great success with the Small Press/Indie Game Design Room. This room is meant to be a launch pad for Creators taking the very first steps into the con scene. We are renaming this space the Emerging Creators Room to better define the purpose & importance this room holds!

Midwinter Family - if you have a room at the hotel in our Official Room Block, please make sure to see Midwinter HQ (aka Anne) by Convention Registration to claim your swag!
Midwinter Staff will be on-site at The Ingleside Hotel starting today. Responses to messages/posts will be slow. We can't wait to see you!

Open Gaming will be available throughout the convention!
Please do not use the Open Gaming tables to camp out or store your personal effects. Items left at a table more than 30 minutes will be moved to the Board Game Checkout Desk so other Guests may use the space as intended.

Thurs 8:30am - 8:00pm
Fri & Sat 7:30am - 8:00pm
Sun 8:00am-2:00pm
Registration will be in the Lake Country Foyer, located on the East side of The Ingleside Hotel

Reminder, outside food is not permitted in the convention spaces. This is part of our contract & we need to respect our partnership with the hotel.
**Outside alcohol is not allowed in the gaming spaces at ANY time, even if the bar is closed.**

To speed up badge pickup, the first hour on Thurs 1/8/26 will be reserved for Pre-Purchased Badges. We will not process payments through Convention Staff until 9:30am on 1/8/26.
This is to allow staff to concentrate on quick check in & not on running cards/cash the first hour.
