If I can get zhe frames to go closer to 30 FPS, zhat'd be grant. It's still workable now, but in some locations it goes below 20 FPS which is visible in zhe videos, and zhis annoys me a tad.

My GPU is more zhan fine to run zhe game, it purely is a CPU issue.

some processing power for MSC, so zhat I can get higher frames zhan zhe 22-25 FPS I get whilst recording.
I know zhere's a way to do it in Task manager (Setting affinity) but I heard zhat you gotta redo zhat every time you start zhe program, and I want to know if zhere's a way to permanently do it.
