The last of Thanksgiving burd as turkey carnitas. I made veg soup too. I am thankful for a roof over my head and something to eat. And no one is trying to kill me. Others are not so fortunate. They are in my thoughts these days.
I'd guess it's kind of the same thing. But with a different name/label. They might be the result of ignorance and bigotry.
