Today was definitely one of the worst days. I hope it can only get better from here.

The worst part is the waiting, I hearing back from my GP and the local mental health services next week, and seeing my counsellor then as well. Its just keeping going.

I had a nice weekend and maybe the high has worn off it but today was hard.

I hope tomorrow is better as well, i feel better after a good cry but its all so raw still.

Struggled to get through work today. Then got home and broke down again.

Worried I'm not getting better

Honestly miss you all. Everyone made me feel so welcome at Chicago last year and I want to go back.

Its so easy to get lost down that rabbit hole and I love it.

As a result, Magic and streaming hasnt been on my radar, immersed myself in painting, Pokemon and the Star Trek Voyager game.

Those who do know have been looking out for me, but the feeling of being a burden and more trouble than I am worth is very overwhelming.
