The liberals who get promoted for being "leftists" aren't leftists. They disdain socialist programs like universal healthcare, free college and trade school education, or a federal jobs program, and no, public-private cooperation isn't the same thing. Corps shouldn't do government work.

Sorry, I can't get excited over this since he isn't actually filibustering anything. He's just talking, and for whatever good points he might make, ultimately, it's just theater. It's still more do-nothing.
If Cory Booker did his speech for the last day to actually filibuster, that would make it worthwhile, like a couple weeks ago for the Continuing Resolution. I guess it's better than nothing, but it doesn't really accomplish much of anything besides theater.
