This week, #mymenuplan includes #homegrown garlic, lemons, parsley, basil, chives, eggs, potatoes, mint, tarragon & rhubarb. It’s going to be warm, so lots of salads this week. (Also, a last ditch health kick before the indulgences of the silly season 😋)

All organic material is good for soil if treated right.
Ideally you would want to keep any organic "waste" on farm rather than send it off to be processed and value added.
But you know there's always someone looking to make a buck
