St. Louis Cityβs season in a nutshell.
St. Louis Cityβs season in a nutshell.
Grealish. Assist. Again.
He did it!
I don't really follow golf all that closely but as a fan of fellow Evertonian Tommy Fleetwood, it would be absolute magic if he could get over the hump and win a tournament on the same day Hill-Dickinson Stadium opened with an Everton win.
Grealish/Pickford co-men of the match.
Beautiful day to open the doors at Hill Dickinson/Bramley-Moore, one weβll all remember for a long time.
And what do you know? Bagging 3 points in August?! Is that even allowed?
EEEEEEEVERTON! Youβve never shown so brightly!
3 points in the bag. In August, no less!
PICKFORD!
2 matches, 2 handballs commuters by Everton. π
I am still fuming about this penalty this morning.
As an Everton fan, Iβve seen my share of shambolic penalties awarded, but NOTHING has topped this.
2 assists for Grealish today. Exactly the type of thing one could hope for when he came to Everton.
That might have been the weakest penalty Iβve ever seen awarded. Was the infraction for βmolecules gently colliding?β
This is one of the worst officiated football matches Iβve ever watched in my life.
Me too. Itβs one of those things that will suck during the matches Fri-Sun, but once we reach Monday, then Iβll be happy we still have a match to be excited for. And a plus is that I have no meetings scheduled on Monday.
Agreed! Iβm ready for the season to get here, which hasnβt exactly been the case in recent years.
Beto has his faults at times, but he can also take on defenders with his size, stay on his feet, and find a way towards goal when he's getting little to no service from midfield. Thinking what he might do with some help has me excited. Same can be said for the upside of Barry.
Iβm excited. Obviously I donβt expect Everton to vault immediately into contention for Europe but the midfield & attack should be a bit more lively than in yearβs past. The easiest link to make is to James, being that Grealishβs name has carried weight & winds up at Everton nearing 30. Could be fun.
Though it had been rumored for a while, waking up to news that Everton signed Jack Grealish on loan was a nice surprise.
Bubba with another Top 10 and a Top 10 at a road course, at that. He had such rotten luck in the first half of the year, but like other sports, reaching your peak heading into the playoffs is a positive. That seems to be the case with the 23 team. Stoked to see what they can do.
After so much bad luck in the first half, this last month has been fun!
Man, SVG on road courses is something else. The dominance is unreal.
I donβt care that he was off the line and Mukhtar gets to re-take (and coverts as I type this). Burki earned that.
Burki wanted to let the supporters know he saved a PK. π I love it.
Look at City go!
Agreed. Team has struggled so much at times for goals this year, sometimes youβve gotta give it a go when the opportunity presents itself.
I greatly enjoy the moments when St. Louis City gives me glimmers of hope for the future. That Orozco goal was one of 'em.
I prefer Berg from βTwo Guys, A Girl, and a Pizza Place.β
(And yes, Iβm a massive Bubba fan.)
So happy to be wrong!
So happy to be wrong!
Heckuva time for Bubba to pick up his first win outside of the playoffs.
Can I offer you a Katherine Legge P17 as a cherry on the top of this Sunday
