The desert keeps its quiet presence.
Clouds drift across the sky’s long memory.
Stone rests where time has settled.
What endures speaks softly here.
Its beauty unfolds in quiet forms.

On this day in 1855 Eleanor Marx, a co-founder of our union, was born.
She was at the forefront of the fight for the 8 hour working day and consistently fought for justice & equality.
Today we celebrate all her achievements 👏
The last rays of the sun hit the mountains of Glacier National Park on a warm summer day in Montana. A forest with green pines is nearby, and a mile away tall and steep mountains are visible. The sky is hazy with some big, puffy clouds. The part of the mountains illuminated by the sun has an orange hue.

Quick question, is anyone else worried that we’re living under a Nazi government?

four tiny round buns, cheese is evident.
My local fancy cake bakery (you know, the birthday cake place) is selling homemade Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) because one of the bakers is Brazilian. It's frozen with three different flavours to try. I made up the package and it's so fantastic!
Photo by Damian Siodłak. Two diverging paths wind through a golden autumn forest, their gravel surfaces lined with fallen leaves. Sunlight filters through the canopy of yellow and green, casting dappled patterns on the ground. The serene beauty of the scene invites reflection, symbolizing choice and the quiet passage of time amidst nature's seasonal splendor.
Let go of choice. Wander where the trees whisper.

WHERE ARE THE EPSTEIN FILES ?
I don't understand US peeps going on about the Epstein files. You all know he's guilty already.
He's got secret police kidnapping, attacking and killing people already. He's effectively resigned you from NATO and is threatening a war against the rest of us.
It's not distraction.
Sorry America, But They Both
Warned ALL OF US......
“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”

RELEASE THE DAMN UNREDACTED EPSTEIN FILES NOW
VICTIMS NEED JUSTICE
I find it amazing that the President of the USA tells Iran not to employ military on the protesters in Iran. On the same day he threatens to employ the military on Protesters in the USA.
Hypocrisy is not lost on me.
Today, it’s not your vote that determines whether the government brutalizes you or sends officers to your door. It’s your neighbors’ vote.
If you’re ok with this happening to Minnesotans, don’t get comfortable. You won’t be exempt for long.
In the end, a lawless administration comes for everyone.
Vintage black-and-white photograph of Ella Flagg Young c. 1914. She stands on what looks like it could be the deck of a ship. She wears a dark feathered hat adorned with plumes, a high white collar or blouse beneath a patterned dark dress with an apron-like overskirt, and holds a stack of papers or documents in her hands. She gazes right into the camera with a calm, composed expression. Behind her are blurred figures of others visible in the background.
American educator Ella Flagg Young was born #OTD in 1845.
She served as Superintendent of Chicago Public Schools (1909-1915)--the first female head of a large US city school system. Elected, first woman president of the National Education Association (NEA) in 1910. #education @neatoday.bsky.social

Most Of The Blame......
Nothing is going to stop the people of Minnesota and America from defeating this criminal President, his administration, and all the traitors who enabled it. Not ICE terrorism. Not the insurrection act. Not martial law. Not a second civil war. Nothing. No matter what happens, they are going to lose.
Kristi Noem is a liar and a disgrace who must be removed from office.
If you agree, tell your members of Congress to get on board with impeachment right now:

“Tomorrow the revolution will ‘rise up again, clashing its weapons,’ and to your horror it will proclaim with trumpets blazing: I was, I am, I shall be!”
Rest in power, Rosa Luxemburg.
