We don’t know the identity or motive of the shooter but murder can *never* be the response to political disagreements.

The sad reality is that we as a society have chosen apathy over empathy and once that’s seeped into the society…there’s no off ramp.

I’m going to need a spouse that has EU or Latin American citizenship, with the escalation of political and school violence in America.

CrossFit seems justifiable to me as military fitness can be in line with still doing your duties.

I would assume that would be the natural progression!

Can someone explain to me how it is that these active duty military influencers are able to do multiple videos a day while still doing their MOS or branch duties?

it might take some time but wish me luck. I’m grateful after years of therapy to finally want to address it and get better 😌

I can’t expect to have a perfect 600 ACFT while looking like I’m Arnold or Rambo like some of these influencers. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Also I spend way too much time focusing on upper body and less time on flexibility and most importantly…running.

Now before you panic, no I’m not starving myself or taking roids. But there have been times where I wonder if I’m doing something wrong.

I’ve always wanted to have that large upper body with all muscle and chiseled abs and I have to accept that I am a natural hybrid.

One of the things I want to overcome this new year is my body dysmorphia and insecurities about my fitness.

It’s gotten worse in the military and with social media seeing just about every male military influencer seeming to ridiculously jacked has taken a mental toll. 🧵

Puerto Rico deserves so much more than what it receives from the US.

Utterly inexcusable the way Puerto Ricans are treated and have been treated since Hurricane Maria.
