My win-screen. The post text limit is pretty small but the text limit here is pretty large so this will just hide down here. During the run I got a hold of a LOT of money, but Bob was lacking a lot, so it didn't matter that I had so much dough. The soul-link makes it so that we have to both buy a card or pack or voucher when the other does, so if he can't then I can't. It made things really tight, especially at the end where I had campfire and was coming up on the violet vessel and needed to buy things, and he only just barely had enough money to make it all work. He did the math and everything it was crazy.

Fun fact, we actually both had blueprint in the shop at the same time, which was crazy, but we couldn't both buy it because the soul-link means you can't have a joker that the other guy has. I ended up making the call that he needed it because I was in a better off position. Turned out to be a very important move.

Me and @luigiross.bsky.social just did a soul-linked balatro run. A soul linked run of balatro is based off pokemon nuzzlocke soul-links, where you basically play nuzzlocke with two players, in two different games. Crucially, we have to buy the same amount of stuff in the shop. And we won! #balatro
