Oh, en ja, vaak moeten ze zelf de keuken die ze er in willen hebben betalen. Dit is omgeving Essen, Düsseldorf, Keulen. Natuurlijk zijn er regio’s waar wonen goedkoper is. Net als in Nederland. Maar daar is het aanbod voor werk kleiner. Of ze moeten uren rijden per dag maar hun werk.
Mijn Duitse collega’s betalen bijna evenveel huur voor een zelfde woning als in Nederland als ze niet te dicht bij het centrum van de grote stad wonen. De staat van de huurhuizen zijn daar over het algemeen minder goed dan hier. Kopen lukt ze vaak al helemaal niet. Vaak te duur en beperkt aanbod.
De situatie in Duitsland is anders, maar helaas niet veel beter. Maar hier in NL werd het wel heel bont.
Our local library is also much more the just a building with information.
Being lazy is OK, as long als you are smart and lazy at the same time!
