David Seymour is saying the 130,000 submissions on the Regulatory Standards Bill are mostly just thanks to a Greenpeace email campaign, and not people who have something to say about it.
He's wrong.
Only about 12,000 came through the Greenpeace submission guide, and they ALL deserve to be heard.
