This watercolour is typical Winchester with water gurgling out of the ground and the cathedral looming up in the background. I know Winchester well from art school in the '60s and for these paintings in the '90s I stayed in Southampton and drove over to paint every day. I also painted in the divine Water Meadows on an earlier visit and one or two of those found buyers.

Media driven, so people are reacting, instead of gathering information and deciding that way. Most media outlets have a bias, thats ok, if people understand it. A bit like knowing Shakespeare was pro Tudor, or he would die. Media can bear a lot, but not indifference.
Why do you get surprised by these selfish thoughts. Channel 4 have been biased for many years in their reporting of most issues, both in the UK, and on world "news". Systematic bias I may add.
