At least you made an improvement. So many don't do that regularly and then they wonder why they can't make money with their SaaS.

Onboarding is extremely important. Get new users to use and get real value from your product quickly.
Quantitative data tells you what, but qualitative insights reveal the why.
Talk to users, dig deep, and stay ahead by understanding what they actually need.
That's great. Welcome back. 🎉
My routine is similar except I like to workout in the morning.
Sometimes its hard to follow a routine. If a small and expected thing happens it's so easy to mess it up. 😅

Building a SaaS product doesn’t have to be a gamble.
Stay agile, listen to users, and adapt fast.
The founders who adapt and execute relentlessly are the ones who win.
9. Embrace Rapid Experimentation
→ Test strategies quickly and cheaply to validate assumptions before committing significant time or resources.
→ Fail fast, learn faster. If an experiment doesn’t work, pivot or try a new approach without over-investing.
8. Stay Customer-Centric
→ Always prioritize user needs and feedback. Build a product they love, and they’ll become your advocates.
→ Engage with your users regularly to build loyalty and improve your offering.
7. Measure What Matters
→ Track key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
→ Use data to make informed decisions and refine your strategy.
6. Learn to Market Yourself
→ Become the face of your product. Learn basic marketing skills like storytelling, copywriting, and social media engagement.
→ Build a personal brand that aligns with your product’s mission.
5. Focus on Retention
→ Keeping users is easier than finding new ones. Focus on creating a great experience and delivering ongoing value.
→ Use metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and churn rate to improve retention.
4. Focus on Distribution Early
→ Plan how you’ll reach your audience before building. Develop a distribution strategy (e.g., social media, SEO, partnerships, communities).
→ Start building an audience (e.g., through a waitlist) even before your product is ready.
3. Leverage Your Niche
→ Target a niche instead of a broad market. A smaller, focused group is easier to serve.
→ Dominate a niche first. Expand later.
2. Start Small, Then Iterate
→ Build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Avoid over-engineering or adding extra features.
→ Launch quickly. Gather feedback. Improve based on user input.
1. Solve a Real Problem
→ Solve a specific, painful problem for a well-defined audience.
→ Talk to potential users early. Validate the problem and confirm your solution meets their needs.
9 Ways to De-Risk Your SaaS
9 ways to de-risk your SaaS (and build a product that lasts):
So cute 😍
Congrats! That is awesome. 🎉
It is much better to have co-founders. It makes the journey less lonelier. I am fortunate to have co-founders as well.
A failure isn’t a setback.
It’s a step forward when lessons are applied.
Good strategy and good luck with your SaaS 😀
So true, Cole. Building a network of connections is a powerful strategy for both the short term and the long term. Can't go wrong with this.
Frost, I’d say go with what the data tells you. Why not test it out? Have you ever tried A/B testing? Basically, send one group to a 7-day trial and another to a 15-day (or whatever) trial, then see which one gets more people to convert to paid. Pick the one that works better.
Real customer research is non-negotiable.
Building without it is building blind.
Congratulations. 🎉
Smart strategy. Reddit is a useful platform to grow your product. Strategic posting in key forums and communities is an underrated strategy for growth.
Really great progress.
Love your goals. 2025 will be an awesome year for you.
Good plan. Targeted LI DMs as well as content marketing is a good strategy.
Congrats!!!!
