To be clear, this isn't me announcing my departure or anything. But I think, these days especially, it's so important to evaluate your relationship with social media, and that you should take care of your mental health. It's something I'm having to think on. I sincerely hope you are all doing well.

All of that self doubt on top of the world seemingly burning down around me, by sycophants and bullies with reckless glee and no remorse...

The point in drawing when others do it better, in posting when AI can churn out content at a rate impossible for me to match, when I'm already such a slow drawer. I wonder a lot these days whether I even enjoy art or if it's something I do just because it was something I was praised for as a kid.

Disconnect, even if it's just for a moment. Even if there's a real reason to be angry and sad. Let yourself have that joy in simple hobbies. Because me being aware at all times of everything that passes through my feed paralyzes me. I've basically stopped drawing because I don't see the point.

Things have been...overwhelming. It seems like every single day is another wave trying to drown my senses and emotions, and I find myself doing literally nothing but the bare minimum to survive these days. 'Cuz it feels like that's all I can control at all.
So here's your reminder to disconnect.
