There's a reason why sports teams don't chant "I believe that we will lose" before a game, a reason so obvious that I'm pretty sure it needs no explanation. Which is why it makes my head explode when people surrender in advance verbally, which they do all the time about politics.
ICE is abducting people from immigration court this morning in San Francisco, a source onsite tells me. 100 Montgomery Street. There is resistance but I'm sure reinforcements today and every day would be valuable.

Assuming this post today is aimed at us. The Trump admin changed the rules to make it easier to replace career federal employees with political loyalists. If you’re not alarmed by Trump’s post, you should be. This isn’t about policy it’s about control. It’s “do as I say, or you’re replaced.”

The turnout in small towns across the country has been incredible drawing crowds of thousands. We’re already seeing over one million in attendance nationwide, and events are still underway. Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio all had especially surprising showings.
The love and support on display today is incredible. You’re building hope. You’re giving people strength. We’re so proud of you. Amazing job, America. Keep going.
“The best part of this was realizing how much support there actually is in my town. I had no idea.” That’s the magic of showing up. You helped people feel less alone in places where they’ve felt isolated for far too long.
Today, all of you helped shift the narrative. You can see it clearly in the wave of MAGA comments trying to drown us out, they’re rattled. Small towns across the Heartland drawing record-breaking crowds? That’s not something we’ve seen before.
Communities are organizing ICE patrols using radios and megaphones—but what we really need is an ICE alert website where people can share details of ICE activity in real time to help protect and inform one another.
