I don't know how well this will help, but a couple of ideas:
-Turn off notifs for ur most used apps (if you have them on) so ur phone isn't pestering u to use it
-Practice like, putting ur phone away in a drawer or on the other side of the room or something while ur gaming/watching/reading smth-
