One of the most persistent misunderstandings about radicalization, and one which is VERY prevalent in liberal spaces, is that it primarily affects the stupid or uneducated.
The guy who posted this is a military historian with a PhD from Harvard and is faculty at the University of Jerusalem.
Americans are not prepared for the reaping of what our government is sowing.
Reminiscent of Putin blaming Ukraine for bombing Ukrainian civilians.
Reminds me of what Trump said in 2017 when asked about whether Putin was a “killer”.
Trump responded: "There are a lot of killers. We've got a lot of killers. What do you think? Our country's so innocent?"
He was making excuses for Putin then. He’s making excuses for Putin now.
