Nice tip, thanks! I'll give it a shot... We also do a sleepy straddle climb with split silks which has a full hip lock in the middle of it, which is much easier, so I can see how a half way house would help.

The Ashwaganda is also the only thing that has ever reduced the amount that I clench my jaw in my sleep.

If I stick to that I seem to get about 7-8 solid hours most nights, and if I do wake up in the middle of the night I usually get back to sleep within half an hour, rather than being awake for hours.

Things that have helped - leaving my phone downstairs (though we regularly watch TV in bed just before sleep), eating a snack or drinking a glass of milk fairly late (I often wake up in the night hungry, a latish snack seems to stop that), a mug of ashwaganda tea at 8-9pm.

Things that did not help - cutting out caffeine after 3pm.

Well, the video works. No option to add music, but I can do that before uploading if I want to (and if I can be bothered). Preview is landscape, but the full video does show if you click through. I've seen some other posts with portrait video previews, though, so maybe that's a setting?

It's been 3 years since I started Aerial and insta has been my online home all that time. But for reasons I'm now wondering if bluesky might be able to take its place? Let's see what a quick video from today's slings class looks like...
