Okay the chest pump went extra hard today. Feels so good!!
The series lives!! This is amazing news to wake up to.
Hitchcock remains a massive favorite of mine, but this movie will always be my #1. The way the final act of this film had me jumping out of my chair screaming at the screen. The anxiety, the thrill.
It is my goto film whenever I want to introduce Hitchcock to a friend.
I did
4xincline machine press upping the weight each set
4x weighted dips
4x low to high cable fly
3x flat dumbbell fly
4x rope extensions
3x machine tricep press (dip machine)
3x single arm overhead tricep extension
Minimal rest (1 min) between sets as I only had an hour.
Surprised people still see him with my extra shagginess haha
