We're still essentially dependant on Russia for oil, especially with Iran. At some level buying it at a price which is loss-making for Russia (as has been the case) would be acceptable. Not ideal, but beneficial in the relative/competitive analysis.

The time is all in design, specification and testing. Syntax you type as fast as you write, unless you're useless.
