Bastard thing! Broke my streak at 148. I’m not going to try for 150 again, too stressful, it’s not to be.

I overcooked the onions I had made as an experiment in the air fryer. They look burnt, but taste fine. However the bungalow now smells like I have used fried onion air freshener.

The DAO stuff should come today. Fingers crossed it does make a difference to the allergic things even if it’s just to the “may also contain…” items. I think tonight’s itching is because I put a sprinkle of Aromat on my supper… never had a problem in the past, but that means nothing.

Doesn’t look like I’m going to sleep tonight; achy, itchy, too warm, thirsty.

Trying to work out if it’s okay to take the Rybelsus now, then I can take other meds and a cup of coffee in an hour or so. Perhaps I must just write off my blood sugar today.

Hope I sleep tonight. Been so tired all day, for no real reason, I think. Didn’t keep checking my bloods, I don’t have the spare test strips, so maybe my glucose has been high.

Oh well, maybe a result of the spring cleaning, maybe I’ll feel better tomorrow. I may fry some chicken… I’ll see.
