Yes, scans. It’s amazing one can do 200SPD on the chromatography side but if you’re getting such poor sampling, you’re MS is not keeping up

I have to say this loud and clear: an average of 2.4 points per peak should be unacceptable. It means you’re measuring noise.

That’s very surprising. We’ve prepared hundreds of samples with the micros, minis and plates and have checked them time and again. Typically getting quantitative CVs of 7 to 9% with 90% of the proteins under 20%.
We’re using both. The micros are for samples with less than 20ug protein.
